What locations do you ship to?

We ship Worldwide and have many happy customers in the USA, UK, Canada, Asia and Europe. our standard shipping fee is $5.95 shipping worldwide on every order.


How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We guarantee 1-2 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-15 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

In the rare event of an order being lost in transit, we are obligated to offer a refund or replacement 10 business days after the package is marked as delivered or expected to be delivered. This timeframe allows us to ensure the package has been misplaced and is not delayed due to external shipping factors.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for, and do not offer refunds or replacements for, items that are reported as stolen, lost, or missing after confirmed delivery. This includes theft from mailboxes, doorsteps, or other delivery locations.

Exception — Shipping Theft Protection:
If Shipping Theft Protection was purchased at checkout and the package is reported as stolen after confirmed delivery, we will offer either a replacement or a refund for the item value only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as the shipping service has already been completed.


What do I do if my order has a delay in shipping?

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at timeless.straps@outlook.com and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
