    Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.

    Yes. We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Do you offer returns?


    Yes. We offer 30-day returns on eligible unused items in their original condition. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, we're unable to make changes as your order may already be in processing or prepared for dispatch.

  • What materials are your straps made from?


    Our straps are made from premium materials including FKM rubber, full-grain leather, alligator-style leather, nylon canvas, and stainless steel or titanium hardware, depending on the product. Each product page lists the materials used for that specific strap.

  • Are FKM rubber straps waterproof?


    Yes. Our premium FKM rubber straps are waterproof, sweat-resistant, UV-resistant and designed for everyday wear. Leather straps should be kept away from excessive moisture to maximise their lifespan.
